My name is Stefano Vozza and I’m from Dublin in Ireland. I’m passionate about food and everything that surrounds it and thought it would be nice to write about something that takes up so much of my time. I’m very interested in the scientific approach to cooking that has gained such prominence over the past two decades and try to apply what I have read to some of the food I prepare at home; however, like most people, the majority of what I make is normal everyday meals for friends and family so there will be plenty of that too. I will also be posting reviews of restaurants I dine in but with a new baby in the house there won’t be many of them for the foreseeable future!
